We rent the house where our family lived after a little maintenance, so there is most of what you need to live. Located in the outlying residential district, it is quiet and peaceful, and all the supermarket chains are nearby. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway, so not to mention the accessibility to downtown. (Approximately 20 minutes including walking time to the city center) You can sit on the very spacious balcony and enjoy a cup of tea while you're in the sun, or cook with the herbs I've been growing. Basic seasonings are also provided.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
