The apartment is great for couples, traveling alone, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

For example, 2 boat trips a day are free, 50% discount is available for the Wallbergbahn and for the iodine sulfur bath. The factory tour incl. tasting of the Tegernseer Land cheese factory is also popular with our guests, also here there is a 50% discount.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

A vacation in the healing climate at Lake Tegernsee is a fantastic experience in any season! There are very nice hiking trails, excellent star gastronomy, easy bike tours around the lake and the Achensee ski resort is also not far away (40 km).
