La Petite Maison à la Peyriere is a sympathetically restored traditional stone cottage dating from 1620. Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, avec 4 chambres avec lit queen size neufs et 2 salles de bain, vous aurez accès à de belles pièces ouvertes et spacieuses. A l'extérieur, un jardin verdoyant de 2000m2 vous permettra un repos bucolique. Sans vis-à-vis, vous serez au calme et en toute intimité. Une piscine de 50m2 avec grande terrasse (totalement rénovée en 2024) est à disposition durant la saison estivale.

Hikes, gourmet markets, historical places just minutes away such as Bergerac, Issigeac, Beaumont du Périgord, Monbazillac, Cadouin as well as the Châteaux de Lanquais, Bridoire, Biron…

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
