You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

*Holiday home with garden* Our cottage can accommodate up to 8 people on about 100 square meters. In addition, a large garden is available for exclusive use. The property is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Tattendorf. Vienna can be reached in 50 minutes by train, and Wiener Neustadt and Baden are also publicly accessible. In the village, there are a supermarket, Heurigen and restaurants. Please be aware that €2.50 per person per night is due at local tax.

Tennis and Golf in Breitenfurt, a few more Golf courses in the neighbourhood. Bus to Vienna, 2 minutes walk.

Das Apartment Bellevue (100 m²) befindet sich im ersten Stock unserer eleganten Jugendstil-Villa, die 1913 erbaut wurde. Die Villa liegt in einer idyllischen Grünlage am Fuße des Maurer Berges, abseits der Straße auf einer Anhöhe. Das Apartment ist nach Süden und Osten ausgerichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die beeindruckenden, jahrhundertealten Bäume des rund 5000 m² großen Parks sowie auf den malerischen Wienerwald.

Mödling, the commuter belt of Vienna, makes living special for individualists. Enjoy the quiet location centrally located directly 100 m from Schrannenplatz. Public transport can be reached on foot in a few minutes and in any direction to the BAB in a short time. The apartment is brightly newly renovated and furnished to a high standard. Internet and TV included, the large balcony for nice reading hours in nice weather.

Das romantische Apartment Elsa ist im 1. OG über eine klassische Pawlatsche zu erreichen. Es verfügt über Küche, Bad, Doppelschlafzimmer sowie ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Albizia Apartmenthaus wurde 1909 im Badener Architekturstil erbaut und 2022 liebevoll restauriert. Dabei wurde großer Wert auf die Beibehaltung historischer Elemente wie Kastenfenster, Kassettentüren, Laubengänge u.s.w. gelegt.
