Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Just being in Hollenstein". Bathing, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing directly at the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Bikes for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach.
