Chalet holiday rentals in Baden

The accommodation met our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and reserved. We felt very comfortable and took beautiful walks. It's a shame that we couldn't use the terrace as the cherry tree was constantly shedding stems and leaves. A canopy would be very advantageous.

We spent a week in the chalet and absolutely loved it. It was beautifully situated in the countryside and yet a few minutes away from Kayserberg's old town. The chalet is ideally located so that we visited many of the tiny Alsatian towns nearby - Riquewihr, Ribeauville, and Equisheim stood out for us, but everyone has their own favorite little towns along the wine route. We also visited Colmar and drove up to the Chateau du Hollandsburg castle and then drove along the Route de Cretes (the ridge road that runs along the top of the Vosges Mountain range). Drove into Colmar another day and took train to spend sometime in Strasbourg. All in all, it was wonderful to be able to do so much in just a week. You'll definitely want to rent a car with GPS. The chalet has everything you'll need, looks like the photographs, and Nicolas was available and accommodating. We never did get to use the Spa/Jacuzzi, but it looked to be in get shape. Very private setting. Don't hesitate renting this chalet.

The short vacation week was as desired: quiet, secluded enough, green, lots of nature, lots of scenery, lots of space around, extremely cozy - ideal for two - great ambience with outdoor sauna immediately afterwards.... We enjoyed the break very, very much. TIP: The host runs an exquisite restaurant with excellent menu suggestions in about 10 km distances in the village of Bitche... reserving in advance makes sense...😉

We were welkomed by Hans who was very friendly and he gave us a tour of the farm which was nice. The house was spacious and as described by the host. The area is great for walking and cycling, which is what we came for. This is a good place to stay. :)

We stayed for about ten days at Lou's chalet in early August. The setting is amazing, what a delight for nature lovers that we are to be able to have breakfast outside with a panorama like this and with the raptors spinning in the sky. The chalet is beautiful and we didn't miss anything. An ideal base for discovering the center of Alsace (from Strasbourg to Colmar). Happy hosting,

Great host and a wonderful place to stay. Relaxing environment and everything available in the house. Nice cycling area, nice hiking in the forest and shops in the area. The yard is surrounded which was great for our dogs. Great holiday!

Alina's place was amazing! We had booked it to spend the night with girlfriends for an EVJF and the cottage was beautiful for this occasion. We respected the fact that we could not organize parties but still we had a nice evening and were able to laugh and put on some music. Thanks to Alina for her flexibility with check in and check out time. We would not hesitate to return if we return to the black forest. ☺️

We were able to enjoy a nice holiday in the Black Forest with the whole family. Chalet Abnona is in a very nice location secluded in the nature. The chalet was tidy and communication with the host, Daniel, went very well. We definitely recommend Chalet Abnona!

We had a fantastic vacation at Le Chalet Noir! The atmospehere in the house and the surroudings were amazing. The place was very well organized and designed. It was perfectly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Nicole was always very helpful and responsive. We definetly want to come back to have the experience once again.

Thank you for the stay, everything was fine. Location is quiet, but you can also walk a bit into the city to drink coffee or something similar. Christophe is reliable and responds quickly. Attention: no WiFi available. Not bad for us, but it can be a point. But there is a whirlpool and sauna.

We stayed at the house as a family—three couples and two children—and were very pleased with our experience. The house is spacious and allowed each family to enjoy their own privacy and comfort. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, and all the amenities we needed were available and greatly appreciated. Everything was truly excellent!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Modenbacher Hof - everything was a great fit and we'd love to come back. Thank you again for the uncomplicated communication, the tips and the nice time in the Palatinate :)

Such a stunning place. Pool was a good temperature, ideal to cool down a bit but warm enough to spend time in. A ping pong table was available and lawn big enough for football and setting up a badminton net we bought with us. Lovely walk to bakery and local shop, maybe 45 mins each way. Big supermarket and intersport 15 min drive. Colmar and Riquewihr trips well worth it and a fun trip to europa park in Germany (if theme parks are your thing). Highly recommend.

We were a group of 10, coming from all over the world for a reunion. The house was ideal for our needs, spacious bedrooms, two lovely outdoor areas, one in morning, one in evening for meals together. The kitchen was well stocked. An authentic, characterful home, but with modern bathrooms. You will need a car here as the house is in the countryside.

We were 15 people in the Swiss house Alpirsbach. We had a great time, the location is fantastic and very quiet. There is sufficient space for bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges. The equipment is exceptionally good and of high quality. The view from the living room into the Black Forest is a dream :) Communication with Falk was always great and also very flexible. It is definitely a highlight and worth a visit!!
