Er liegt ideal zwischen Kaiserstuhl und Schwarzwald. Hier im besonderen Ambiente des alten Anwesens mit dem wunderschönen Innenhof läßt es sich gut und ruhig wohnen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss einer früheren Tabakscheune im ehemaligen Ferkelstall und der Werkstatt, ist barrierefrei und daher auch besonders für Gäste mit Handikap geeignet.
