In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

A bright and airy, newly remodeled small home (40 square meters) with a queen size bed (150 cm) and a queen sofa bed (150 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright bathroom. Free parking. Garden right outside with great views. Feeling of being in nature and only 15 minutes with train to Oslo city centre. Sandvika city center and surrounding area is also worth exploring. There is a large shopping center, beaches and hiking areas in the nearby.

The apartment is close to Bærum Hospital, with easy access to public transport, shops and other facilities. This charming apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine, and heating cables throughout the apartment for extra comfort. The apartment is best suited for one person or a couple, possibly with a child (possibility of a travel bed). Welcome !!

Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Two grocery shops (Kiwi and Extra) within 15 minutes walking. Apartment suits one, two or eventually three people. Sleeping couch for 2 + 1 extra bed. The Italian pizza oven gives you a real holiday feeling. The house is rural in a large garden. Very central with both bus and t track nearby. The swimming pool is available during the summer months. The house is well equipped to cook in the wood-fired pizza oven, but otherwise there is only a small hob!

There are good public offerings in the area and it takes about 15 minutes by car/public transport into Oslo city centre. Also possibility for free parking if you need it.

This is a rental flat as part of a family house. The flat is in a quiet residential area. It is also nearby attractive outdoor areas in the Oslo region (eg Holmenkollen, Fossum and Lysaker river with a beautiful foot path for kilometers). Public transportation is 2 min away. It is approx. 25 min to city centre. Shopping centre with grocery store is within walking distance.

Lovely basement suite for rent, in a quiet villa area. 3 minutes walk to bus stop. (Bus 160, goes into Oslo S, via Sandvika every 15 minutes) 5 minutes drive to Kolsås metro station. And if you arrive alternatively by car, then there is free parking in the courtyard. It is possible to arrange a pickup at Kolsås metro station, if it fits with the arrival time.

Newly renovated and central apartment at Bærum's works

We stayed for a week. The apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Exceptionally clean. The area is great for walking and there is an excellent bus service just up the road. Baerums Verk is a short walk away, it has 2 supermarkets and 2 restaurants and numerous small shops. I highly recommend staying here.

The cabin was exactly as we hoped. It was so beautiful, with a lovely view of the water and the forest. We ended up just hanging around the cabin because it was so idyllic, instead of going for walks in the woods. We hope to return.
