Only 10 minutes to walk down to the sea, shopping center, train or express bus that takes you to Oslo. Outside you will find a dining table with space for 10, a lounge with fireplace and heat lamp under the ceiling, barbecue, greenhouse and sun loungers. Trampoline in summer and illuminated ski track nearby in winter!

It is a 20-minute walk to Bogstad farm and Bogstadvannet with a bathing beach. Oslo golf club is located in the immediate vicinity with a restaurant. It takes 5 min to' walk to two grocery stores open on Sundays. The 42 bus is 5 min away and the subway is in 15 min walking distance. In total it is 30 min to city center.
