The house is located on Øya's highest point overlooking the lake towards Nesodden and Bærum. There are good sun conditions and a lot of outdoor space. The plot is 10 acres, mostly natural plot, some grass and bed. The country house consists of a main house with a porch and an outhouse/shed as well as a bathhouse by the sea. The house is from the 1920s, but renovated in 2020. Ostøya is a beautiful pearl in the inner Oslofjord, it is one of the largest and most lush islands in the Oslofjord. Here there are opportunities for both relaxation and activities. Price can be discussed.

Below the house there are possibilities to swim. There are also two SUPs available, as well as two kayaks for those who love the water. Centrally located near communication to Sandvika, Oslo and Drammen.

One of the really great easily accessible island gems in the Oslo fjord from the mainland. You get here easily with a car/bus to the cable ferry. The island is also a favorite spot for locals who use the island for hiking, camping, boating, fishing and training trips. Here you will also meet at Crown Princess Mette Marit on a trip with the dogs. Lots of luggage? Get in touch Advice regarding transportation We have a boat for rent and bikes at the ferry. On Fridays, someone at the old “pig house” that is made into a banquet room.

Minimum 3 nights, and longer rentals are preferred. Three bedrooms with good double beds and an attic room with double bed. Sleeps 8. Several outdoor spaces with good sun conditions, and a fantastic view. The cabin has recently been renovated inside, and is still under renovation in some of the outdoor areas. Bicycle is available to explore the island.

Two kayaks and SUP available for trips on the fjord. There is also a jacuzzi with a lovely view towards Oslo.

Velkommen til vårt romslige familiehus på Nesøya med sjøutsikt. Huset er på ca. 250 kvm, og gjennomgående oppusset for rundt ti år siden. Her bor vi til daglig, en familie på fem. Fire soverom (plass til opptil syv gjester), flere oppholdsrom og en hyggelig pergola gjør det enkelt å nyte både rolige morgener og lange sommerkvelder. Vi har også en sovesofa med plass til ytterligere to personer ved behov.

Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 6, 10 og 13 år. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
