The house is located on Øya's highest point overlooking the lake towards Nesodden and Bærum. There are good sun conditions and a lot of outdoor space. The plot is 10 acres, mostly natural plot, some grass and bed. The country house consists of a main house with a porch and an outhouse/shed as well as a bathhouse by the sea. The house is from the 1920s, but renovated in 2020. Ostøya is a beautiful pearl in the inner Oslofjord, it is one of the largest and most lush islands in the Oslofjord. Here there are opportunities for both relaxation and activities. Price can be discussed.

One of the really great easily accessible island gems in the Oslo fjord from the mainland. You get here easily with a car/bus to the cable ferry. The island is also a favorite spot for locals who use the island for hiking, camping, boating, fishing and training trips. Townhouse with 8 beds divided into 4 bedrooms with 2 on each. The house is usually occupied by dad and 3 kids aged 6, 10 & 13. The house is tidy, but at the same time is characterized by being inhabited and there will be limited space for laying/hanging clothes, as cabinets are not emptied before renting. There is plenty of space in the fridge, but this is also not emptied completely ahead of the rental.
