The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

From the moment we booked, she ensured everything was seamless and made us feel right at home. A special mention must go to the caretaker, Suresh, who was a huge part of making our stay so enjoyable. Always helpful, kind, and attentive who even drove us around at times, which made exploring places in and around Calangute so much easier. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Siolim, Goa! As a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), the place was just perfect for us. The check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The home is beautifully done with tasteful decor and all the amenities you could need—from a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine to a private pool and plenty of space to lounge and relax. The kids especially loved the pool, and the lush garden around it added to the charm. This place is ideal for both families and groups alike, with enough room to gather, unwind, or just enjoy some quiet time. The location is peaceful yet well-connected to nearby attractions and essentials. The helpers were always prompt, polite, and super helpful. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. A special mention to the thoughtful hosts for the lovely parting gift—it was such a sweet gesture and really capped off a memorable stay. We’d love to come back here on our next trip!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

We initially Booked the property for 3 days but after we have taken look at the place in person we have extended the booking by one more day. One thing to say "Worth the Price" - Best place to be if u want to stay near Candolim, Calangute and Baga. And Surprisingly a responsive host and really had great time staying in the place.

Absolutely love the location and price of the apartment was also great 👍🏼. Building entrance is getting repaired otherwise apartment was very clean and all the amenities were spot on. It was clean and comfortable. Linet & Rehan both were helpful.

Very good property....it is exactly same as shown in the pictures. All amenities were available. Private car parking good enough to park SUV. Will definitely visit next time.

I recently visited Goa with my family, and staying at Shilpa's home truly felt like a slice of paradise. The place had every amenity we could possibly need, and Shilpa herself was incredibly warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. She even went above and beyond by letting us check in 3–4 hours early, which was a huge help. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another charming guest, Kalu the cat! He’s absolutely adorable and such a sweetheart. Our experience with both Shilpa and Kalu was wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. If you're new to Goa, don’t hesitate to ask Shilpa for local recommendations; hers were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.

Great stay. amenities are great. specially for family with child. kitchen set-up is nice. Host Ayushi is very helpful. even for small thing like Wi-Fi, she specially arranged person to check and corrected. Overall will like to stay there again.

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had.
