Situé en front d'étang, plein Est, le logement proposé est éclairé chaque matin par un soleil se levant sur la Clape et Gruissan. Cette belle maison se dresse sur trois niveaux spacieux. Elle a été rénovée afin de proposer, au rez de chaussée, une suite parentale, qui occupe l'ancien espace servant à démailler les poissons et entretenir les filets. Au niveau 1, un grand espace ouvert (salon salle à manger cuisine s'ouvrant sur 2 terrasses. Au niveau 2, deux autres chambres et une salle d'eau.
