It has air conditioning, independent heating, a TV, and a washer/dryer. Free parking in a garage for small and medium cars and on the street.

Camera privata in un luminoso appartamento vicino al Parco delle Cave, nel borgo di Baggio. Il quartiere è un poco lontano dal centro, ma molto caratteristico e collegato con i mezzi pubblici. La casa ha due camere da letto. In una dormo io, nell'altra gli ospiti. L’aria condizionata è presente nel soggiorno, non in camera. In primavera ed estate si può godere del grande terrazzo, dove è possibile mangiare.
