The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

The apartment is located in a beautiful panoramic and quiet area 2.5 km from the center of Tarvisio and the ski slopes. It is also an ideal starting point for walks or excursions in Austria or Slovenia or to discover the beautiful natural and tourist resources of Tarvisio and its surroundings. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, a small bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Private entrance and parking.

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento.
