Beautiful high house located in the center of La Paloma (200m from Av. Solari) and 200m from Playa del Faro. Independent access from the street by staircase, with terrace/balcony in front. It has two bedrooms, one double and another can opt for two single or one double beds. Bathroom, living/dining room with wood stove and an integrated kitchen. Comfortable and simple guest house, attached to my house (I live next door). It has two bedrooms, a small but full bathroom accessed through one of the bedrooms, and a kitchen-dining room. A wood-burning stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. It has a private entrance, parking, barbecue and garden, which are shared spaces. Family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. The front garden and grill are shared. There are 4 houses in a row. I live in one. Each house has a small private patio at the back.
