Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Great apartment! The location is particularly good, with a 20 minute walk to city center, less to beaches. Chiringuitos nearby! the super market is very convenient! Be aware that the saunas seem to be out of commission, and the pool was not available. We suspect the pool is seasonal, so ask ahead if it is important to you. The gardens within the complex are very nice! The view from the veranda is overlooking a lovely park with a splash of the Mediteranean off to the side. The gym in the complex is a bit small and dated, the equipment pretty old. We still managed to get many good workouts in using the free weights (two sets of adjustable dumbells, a barbell, and an easybar). there is a benchpress rack and an adjustable bench and cable pulldown machine that is serviceable. The convenicence of onsite workouts was great for us. Estepona is lovely, enjoy!

Literally on the beach, just a few steps down to the sand and waves! With local amenities, including the main supermarket, just a short walk away, this unique stay was perfect.

We had a great stay in Irene's apartment for 10 nights. The location is unbeatable and we were treated to magnificent weather displays from the balcony during our stay. The rooftop pool was a treat in the hot weather. Lola was brilliant on check in and sent us lots of recommendations. The only issue is with the 2nd smaller bedroom, it is a bit small for 2 adults and airless at night, but would be ideal for a couple and 2 children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
