By far the best experience, starting with Maria Eugenia who is an excellent host, every detail is very well cared for, from the one with whom I welcomed us, to every detail that the house has. Everything is very, very clean, tidy, spacious and ideal for a pet sample. Excellent arrangement to flexibilize schedules in/out. Would definitely come back, Highly recommend 10/10.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, with good spaces for the whole family group (there were 8 of us). It is located in a very quiet condominium and very close to Bahía Inglesa (less than a 5-minute drive). Communication with the host was excellent. We'd be back!

Very nice and spacious place, ideal for a family group. Close to everything, beach, square, public transportation, pub and restaurant. Grateful to Rosario who was attentive and answered questions quickly.

The apartment is very nice, large and comfortable. It's in front of the beach and you can walk to it. It's safe and easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable, allowing a restful night's sleep. The proximity of the beach in the photos of the ad do not show the reality of how close the beach is, it was a very pleasant surprise to find myself meters from the beach just looking out on the balcony! It is close to the entire beach area, you can walk anywhere, go to visit the craft shops and from the balcony you can see the daily life of the beach. You can go to Caldera in a couple of minutes where there is more commerce and it is also a good point to visit nearby places. Nice showers and the apartment has everything. it space is good, comfortable. some finishes are missing like glass on the bathroom perta in height and the bathroom door is sliding without sheeting. but the other is excellent, great host always helping to feel comfortable and great disposition.

Everything is perfect. Very nice, comfortable, fully equipped and clean apartment; located in a very good sector, safe, quiet and with very nice details for a pleasant stay, such as the terrace on the second level with a hot tub and privileged view. Franco is an excellent attentive host at all times... we will definitely be back.

Our stay in Caldera and Bahía Inglesa was made better by the apartment's location. Everything is quickly and easily accessible. The area is very quiet and the views are spectacular. I think what we enjoyed the most was the view of the bay and the tranquility of the surroundings. Thank you for making this space available to others for rest. Mauritius

Very good location is very close to everything, the apartment is new, well kept and clean, it has everything, nothing is missing to feel in its own house, the owner is very friendly.

Beautiful apartment, modern, with a wonderful terrace, in a very comfortable condominium. It's new construction with all the new equipment too. We enjoyed the days we were, despite the fact that the camanchaca caused its havoc with a few small leaks that will be resolved by post-sales.
