This is a great and affordable place to stay in Kino Bay. It has the basic things to have a wonderful time. The surroundings are good. The yards are amazing to enjoy with a couple of friends and super close to the beach. It is a small, simple place that is definitely worth it if you want just to have a place to sleep, do basic things, and, after that, do outdoor activities. I really recommend this place.

A comfortable, friendly and quiet place. Very close to the beach (you can get there by walking, you just have to cross a street) and convenience stores. Also the host was always clear and kind with the instructions.

Everything is very good, spacious house with many possibilities of where to sleep, should you just consider that the climb to the house is complicated? Since the Battle pickup truck to even climb, but overall the house is very good

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. Pool was super clean. Very private and quiet area. We will be returning. It’s far from downtown but worth it. We left a tip for the cleaning person even though we left the house clean from trash and washed all dishes. There’s no wifi but that is clear in the description plus we didn’t need it. We came to have a relaxed vacation.

For those looking to disconnect from the noise and the outside world, and enjoy the peace offered by the sea in a house with all the comforts, this place is ideal. Don't think about it anymore. If that's your plan, bring a good market and fully enjoy the experience: cook what you want and go out only to walk to the beach or enjoy the pool right in front of the house. We spent a weekend as a family and it was a wonderful experience: we had fun, we rested, and I even had time to work remotely until late, thanks to an excellent internet connection. I recommend it 100%!

Excellent service, we had a great time. We were able to spend time with our pet, and we slept comfortably, to be honest. It has parking in front of the door. Everything is very clean, a patio for our dog to go out and do her business. I recommend it 100%

The host was great, He checked in with us and gave clear instructions. The views from the house were just beautiful, the property itself just far exceed the photos listed. We rented it for a family getaway and everyone really enjoyed it. We would recommend and revisit.
