It is conveniently located on the main avenue, just across the street from the beach, three blocks from the famous El Pargo Rojo restaurant and two blocks from a Six store. It has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms inside and another half bathroom outside. A modern facade, large interior spaces, large patio with pool and barbecue, and a garage for three vehicles complement this charming house.
