A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

By car, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center, on foot (about 10 minutes) through the countryside it goes to the S-Bahn and regional train (about 25 minutes to Marienplatz or Central Station in about 15 minutes).
