Stock meiner Doppelhaushälfte mit Blick ins Grüne. In 10 Gehminuten ist der S- Bahnhof Starnberg- Nord (650 m entfernt), mehrere Supermärkte (auch Bio), Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte zu erreichen. Der Starnberger See und die Innenstadt Starnbergs ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt, wo sich viele Restaurants befinden.

Separate apartment in the south of Munich

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained apartment is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

Ein Atelier, das eine Art Anbau zum Wohnhaus ist. Der Architekt hat Kappellen geliebt, so wurde der Anbau ein 6 Meter hoher Raum mit Holzdecke und Parkett. Schlafplatz auf einer Empore. Mit Flügel und Gartenplatz, perfekt eingerichtet mit Stil - ruhig und am Waldrand. Die SBahn ist etwa 30 min zu Fuß, 2 km entfernt. Ideal zum Fahrradfahren im Münchner Süden, Nähe Starnberger See.

Cozy Souterrain in Berg/ Ostufer Starnberger See

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
