Holiday rentals with beach access in Bajo Guadalquivir

Super fijn plekje! Netjes schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Als je hierheen gaat in de winter, hou er dan rekening mee dat Spaanse huizen zijn gemaakt om de warmte buiten te houden. Er is airco die ook kan verwarmen, maar de vloer is koud, dus neem sloffen mee! Alles is netjes schoon en de douche is echt top. Volgens mij is het appartement recent helemaal opgeknapt, alles is vrij nieuw. Heel dicht bij het strand, stukje lopen naar het centrum maar ook prima lopend te doen. De markt is een aanrader, net als het kasteel! Ik heb veel van Andalusië gezien, maar Sanlucar is zeker 1 van mijn favoriete dorpjes! ❤️

We loved this apartment while in Cadiz for the week! It’s located right on the beach and the hosts left beach chairs and towels for us to use which was very much appreciated. Walkable to the center of Cadiz with many restaurants around. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean - exactly as pictured. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alfonso. L'appartement est très bien équipé ( climatisation, machine à laver, aspirateur, literie impeccable, vaisselle nombreuses...) très propre et le parking est un réel plus. Une fois la voiture garée, vous pouvez tout faire à pied: centre ville et plage. La vue est magnifique du 8e étage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Es la cuarta o quinta vez que utilizamos este alojamiento. Nos encanta la ubicación, la intimidad que te da el patio, que está muy cerca de la playa, pero también del centro de Rota (que está lleno de encanto, pero también de bares, restaurantes y tiendas), y nos gusta mucho lo bien que los propietarios conservan el apartamento: tal vez haga ya cinco años desde la primera vez que nos alojamos en él y sigue estando todo impecable, con pequeñas mejoras de vez en cuando para hacerte sentir cómodo.

We spent about 2.5 months in Javier's apartment in Costa Ballena over winter for the sun. Javier is a very caring, friendly and helpful host. We drove to Spain during a natural disaster and he provided safer, alternate routes. He was always very responsive to our questions and any problems we had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend Javier as a host! The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery. Over winter, many shops are closed, but we loved that Costa Ballena was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, including basic groceries (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, spices, etc.). We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the views of the sea and golf course from the third floor! The heating worked well. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and if something broke, it was quickly repaired. The underground parking was very convenient, but park in the assigned bay!

L'appartement de David est parfait pour passer quelques jours à Cadiz ! Appartement très propre, très bien aménagé, avec de grandes pièces. L'appartement est proche de la plage, de rues piétonnes avec restaurants, et proche des centres touristiques à Cadix PARFAIT !

The apartment is a perfect location for exploring Sanlucar. You are right in amongst it, but at the same time retreat to a quiet, sunny sanctuary. Fernando welcomed us and was on hand whenever we needed something. Highly recommended. Will be back to visit the other manzanilla bodegas we didn’t get to on this trip!

Firstly I must mention that we have stayed in Chipiona on many occasions - this was our 5th visit so we are very familiar with the town and surrounding areas. Having stayed in other accommodation I would definitely say that this was one of the best. Whilst quite basic and probably a little 'tired' it, nevertheless, had everything we required. The location is perfect, the parking space a real bonus and the balcony area is terrific. Teresa is a fantastic host. Helpful, friendly and responsive we found her very easy to deal with. A couple of minor issues were dealt with efficiently by an equally friendly electrician. All in all a lovely experience and one we would definitely consider repeating next year. Thank you Teresa.

Superb accommodation just as in the photos generously equipped and only 5 mins from a beautiful beach with Africa in the distance. What more could one want. Jan was an excellent host always on hand for any queries and with good restaurant recommendations ....thankyou.

très bel appartement tout était parfait.francisco nous a très bien accueilli avec le sourire. La qualité des équipements notamment la literie supérieure avec des coussins en plus. tout était d une propreté irréprochable. Le plus du logement la plage à côté et tous les commerces le centre ville à 10 minutes à pied. Le garage est un vrai plus. nous reviendrons et encore merci pour l accueil.

Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

La casa es espectacular, tenemos pendiente volver en otra ocasión más días, todo muy limpio y equipado con todo lujo de detalles. Tienen un comedor exterior de revista, mosquiteras, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, zona de piscina y exteriores espectacular, todo recién reformado, la vivienda está a unos escasos 10 minutos en coche de la playa de la barrosa, y teníamos un Mercadona pegado a la casa. El anfitrión ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento para resolvernos cualquier duda y ayudarnos con todo lo que le pedimos. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento.

An idyllic sanctuary near to the unspoilt beaches of Conil. The house is beautifully decorated, full of stylish touches, with an incredible tropical garden full of cacti and citrus trees. Lots of outdoor areas to relax, a lovely pool, perfect for our family with young kids. Without doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed on holiday, we absolutely loved it.

We had a wonderful week in Marta’s apartment. It is located in the heart of Vejer old town with amazing views from the fantastically well equipped terrace which had a space for every activity and weather condition. The patio downstairs was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped with staples such as oils, vinegar and spices so we could easily knock up a salad dressing. The bathroom is beautiful with a lovely shower with both a rain shower and power shower head and Marta provided lots of towels for every occasion - big fluffy ones for the bathroom, yellow ones that matched the terrace and big beach ‘rugs’ and the bedding was good quality. For a compact and bijou space it is amazingly well thought out and equipped and we were missing nothing. As a host Marta was exceptional - she provided tons of information about places to visit and cultural events. Thank you Marta, we had a wonderful time and you were an excellent cultural ambassador

El apartamento de Maite es de lo mejor que puedes encontrar en Costa Ballena. Es amplio y nuevo. Tiene mucha luz y esta bien equipado. El Aire Acondicionado prácticamente no hace falta porque es bastante fresco simplemente abriendo un par de ventanas. Tiene dos terrazas excelentes y las habitaciones son de un buen tamaño. La playa queda a 10 minutos andando o 5 en bicicleta. Esta situado en una zona tranquila de Costa Ballena. La urbanización tiene varias piscinas que no suelen esta muy llenas y un par de pistas de paddle. Con lo único que tuvimos algún problemita fue con el calentador de agua. Es muy pequeño para una familia de cuatro personas si a todos nos da por ducharnos uno detrás del otro, seria importante avisarlo con antelación para que los huéspedes se organicen, porque una vez que ya lo sabes deja de ser un problema. Se echan de menos papeleras en los baños y un secador de pelo mas grande. Pero en general estuvimos muy cómodos y la comunicación con Maite fue muy fluida

El apartamento es perfecto, tal y como se ve en las fotos! Esta en una urbanización muy tranquila y la zona con la playa a escasos metros. Macarena muy amable, estuvo para recibirnos y nos puedo todo muy fácil. Estancia inmejorable

Encantados con la estancia, un sitio muy tranquilo con muy buenas vistas al campo de golf. La zona de la piscina también es muy agradable y hay parking exterior dentro de la urbanización. La cocina está bien equipada para poder cocinar durante las estancia sin problema .

Este ha sido el segundo año que estamos aquí, nos gusta porque nos sentimos como en casa. Además estamos cerca de todo, hay buenos restaurantes alrededor por si no quieren bullicio y en 6 min. estas en la playa. La atención de José Carlos es impecable, le hablas y te contesta en seguida. Lo recomiendo al 100%

El apartamento es muy cómodo y tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectar. La zona es perfecta y lo mejor, sin duda, es la terraza: amplia, con unas vistas preciosas al castillo y totalmente equipada para disfrutarla al máximo. La comunicación con Rafa es excelente! Una estancia perfecta en El Puerto de Santa María

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Todo limpio y muy bonito. Está en un primer piso por lo que hay que subir dos tramos de escaleras para acceder a él. Totalmente recomendable.

Increíbles días en el apartamento de Rafa y Diego. Desde el principio un feedback buenísimo. El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, no faltan detalles y comodidades. Coincidimos con Rafa y sólo tenemos buenas palabras, muy atento y cercano. Hemos estado de lujo, repetiremos seguro.
