Victor ist ein super freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Terrasse und die Lage, es ist wirklich direkt am Meer. Das war gerade mit Kleinkind total schön, weil man auch mal "kurz" zum Strand konnte, ohne immer alles mitzuschleppen. Wir waren Ende Mai bis Mitte Juni da und zumindest in dieser Zeit, war der Strand immer unglaublich leer (Außer am Wochenende, aber selbst dann fand ich ihn nicht sonderlich überfüllt.) Ein Mietwagen ist schon nötig, alleine weil man so die Möglichkeit hat die schönen Städte in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Das überschaubare Rota hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allen ausgestattet was man benötigt. Ich denke, wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da. Danke Victor, dass wir uns wie zuhause fühlen durften!

La estancia durante el fin de semana ha sido muy completa, íbamos con mis padres mayores y hemos estado muy cómodos, la casa tiene de todo, por no hablar de las vistas y la buena ubicación. La anfitriona muy amable, nos ha dado información útil y pendiente de nuestro bienestar. Repetiríamos sin duda!

Tan solo hemos pasado una noche pero todo a sido perfecto. Álvaro es una gran persona, atenta y amable. todo estaba muy limpio, ordenado y como se describe en el anuncio. Volvereee!!!

Appartamento molto carino, dotato di tutto (incluse le seggioline da spiaggia!), piccolo ma molto ben organizzato (e cucinotto fornitissimo) a 5 metri dalla spiaggia di Cadice! La zona è piena di ristoranti ed attività di ogni tipo e per ogni tasca.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati ospiti di Miguel. L’appartamento è fantastico, nel cuore del centro storico e vicino a tutti i punti d’interesse. Miguel è un host straordinario, sempre disponibile per info e richieste su come organizzare una bella vacanza nella bellissima Cadice . Siamo stati benissimo. Grazie di tutto Miguel !!!

Tivemos uma boa experiência de férias em família na casa do Gabriel. Recomendo a quem pretenda ter umas férias tranquilas junto á praia numa casa com excelentes condições.

Todo genial. La casa es tal cual se describe. Cerca de la playa...con todo lo necesario. Cama muy comoda..ducha muy bien...cocina equipada..terraza impresionante... y con plaza de parking algo estrecha, pero un lujo para la zona q es. Totalmente recomendable

El apartamento de Maite es de lo mejor que puedes encontrar en Costa Ballena. Es amplio y nuevo. Tiene mucha luz y esta bien equipado. El Aire Acondicionado prácticamente no hace falta porque es bastante fresco simplemente abriendo un par de ventanas. Tiene dos terrazas excelentes y las habitaciones son de un buen tamaño. La playa queda a 10 minutos andando o 5 en bicicleta. Esta situado en una zona tranquila de Costa Ballena. La urbanización tiene varias piscinas que no suelen esta muy llenas y un par de pistas de paddle. Con lo único que tuvimos algún problemita fue con el calentador de agua. Es muy pequeño para una familia de cuatro personas si a todos nos da por ducharnos uno detrás del otro, seria importante avisarlo con antelación para que los huéspedes se organicen, porque una vez que ya lo sabes deja de ser un problema. Se echan de menos papeleras en los baños y un secador de pelo mas grande. Pero en general estuvimos muy cómodos y la comunicación con Maite fue muy fluida

El apartamento es perfecto, tal y como se ve en las fotos! Esta en una urbanización muy tranquila y la zona con la playa a escasos metros. Macarena muy amable, estuvo para recibirnos y nos puedo todo muy fácil. Estancia inmejorable

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

La estancia ha estado de lujo. El chalet es tal cual sale en las fotografías, con toda las comodidades y todo lo que viene en el anuncio. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido super buena y dispuesto a lo que le hemos solicitado de los horarios. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

El apartamento es coqueto, nuevo y super limpio. Ana, amabilísima y preocupada porque estuviéramos cómodos. Incluso añadió ropa de cama extra y compró un sobre colchón para el sofá. Muchisimas gracias por todas tus atenciones, Ana.

Jose Luis ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, persönlicher Checkin, gute Kommunikation und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Das Apartment war sauber, gemütlich und mit Allem ausgestattet, was wichtig ist. Uns hat unser Langzeiturlaub so gut in Jose Luis Wohnung gefallen, dass wir erneut gebucht haben. Danke Jose Luis und alles Gute

Maria Jesus was extremely helpful during the booking process. We greatly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful and spacious villa. It was very clean and the kichen was well stocked with everything you would need. The yard is amazing with a lovely pool and seating area. It is steps away from a gorgeous beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

Firstly I must mention that we have stayed in Chipiona on many occasions - this was our 5th visit so we are very familiar with the town and surrounding areas. Having stayed in other accommodation I would definitely say that this was one of the best. Whilst quite basic and probably a little 'tired' it, nevertheless, had everything we required. The location is perfect, the parking space a real bonus and the balcony area is terrific. Teresa is a fantastic host. Helpful, friendly and responsive we found her very easy to deal with. A couple of minor issues were dealt with efficiently by an equally friendly electrician. All in all a lovely experience and one we would definitely consider repeating next year. Thank you Teresa.

La estancia ha sido excelente. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y muy amable desde el primer momento. El piso estaba impecable: limpio, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo que más destacaría es la luminosidad del lugar, ¡entra muchísima luz natural y da una sensación muy agradable! Sin duda, lo recomendaría y repetiría.

Perfect verblijf gehad. We voelden ons helemaal thuis in dit fijne appartement, aan alles is gedacht. Strand, haven (voor o.a. veerboot Cádiz) en restaurants allemaal op zeer korte loopafstand. De huurauto konden we goed kwijt in de garage.

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach on your doorstep. Wonderful sunsets to enjoy from the balcony. Great host very friendly

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Very modern, right at the beach, incredible views and very calm. Basically walking distance to anything in Rota. Perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need even for a long term stay. Silvia was also super fast to communicate and made sure we feel ourselves at home from the first moment. I highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back one day!
