Wonderful location, perfect for exploring Jerez. lots of eateries all close by. Also a supermarket just up the road. Despite it's central location it was peaceful and restful after a busy day!

We had a wonderful stay at Alex’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed—it was exactly as described in the listing. Alex was incredibly kind, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—very close to the beach and restaurants. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the easy access to public transportation for getting downtown. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I think what stood out about this Airbnb was how close it was to everything and how walkable and safe. Cadiz is a beautiful city and we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you for everything we hope to be back soon!

The apartment is very well located, super close to the beach, which is also great. There are shops nearby that make your stay easier (bakery, cafeteria, supermarket, etc.). There is parking on the same street as the apartment, it is a quiet area. The apartment is just like the description and was very clean and comfortable. Very attentive hosts, providing any information quickly. He allowed us to use the apartment a few more hours on the day of departure, being flexible in that, attention that is appreciated. We had a really great stay. Good location to the centre of the city and all a short walk away. Quick response from the host each time. Only the information for parking a car can be better. Parking is one thing in the surrounding area. Directly in the street is possible but is very expensive and it is also possible in a parking garage, it is only advantageous if you book via a site (search for the English part), otherwise it is also screaming expensive there. Location remains a good base for visiting Jerez.

Superb accommodation just as in the photos generously equipped and only 5 mins from a beautiful beach with Africa in the distance. What more could one want. Jan was an excellent host always on hand for any queries and with good restaurant recommendations ....thankyou.

The house is spacious and very well equipped. We had a few issues finding it until we started using google maps. Very peaceful and quiet and pool was a nice bonus.

An idyllic sanctuary near to the unspoilt beaches of Conil. The house is beautifully decorated, full of stylish touches, with an incredible tropical garden full of cacti and citrus trees. Lots of outdoor areas to relax, a lovely pool, perfect for our family with young kids. Without doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed on holiday, we absolutely loved it.

The house, the swimming pool, the more than complete kitchen and the location exceeded expectations. Despite not being the cheapest location in Andalusia, this was more than worth it. Walking to the beach or a restaurant around the corner, but also the important places were at a relatively short distance: Cádiz as a special city with its own Gulf of Cádiz Jerez de la Frontera with its sherry, horses and, if you're lucky, the feria de Jerez But also Tarifa, the place to be, if you are a water sports enthusiast with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Everything at your fingertips. Communicating with Aafke was very pleasant and friendly. Lots of tips and always answers to questions we had. In short: fantastic! I would recommend this place, this house to everyone. We were with four adults but children will also have a good time here!

Really nice Airbnb in a lovely village with nice restaurants nearby. The kitchen seemed to be almost brand new. The view from the terrace is great - in the morning there is still shadow so it’s perfect for a breakfast on there in summer.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

Alfredo's apartment is very well located, very close to the downtown area. Very good cleanliness and very smooth communication with the owner. Everything was good.

The apartment is much better than what it describes, it is super close to the beach, it is very spacious, very comfortable beds, it has everything you need to feel at home with all the amenities. We have traveled with 3 friends and our little ones, 4 and 5 years old, and I can say that it is ideal for the little ones, super safe, comfortable, because it has an outdoor space to play inside the house. The parking inside the residential area at the foot of the apartment has made it a matter of honor, with small children, all the facilities are appreciated. The hostess left us a wonderful welcome basket designed for the type of travelers we were and the children were delighted. In addition, it has been super flexible in the departure, so I have been able to enjoy the day of departure on the beach until late that we left. Next year we will definitely repeat our mothers' getaway and I will also come with my husband, because I am in love with the apartment and the kindness of the hostess.
