The house is very nice and also, although a little tight, it has its own garage, which is appreciated. We only use it for sleeping and showering, so we don't enjoy it much, but we saw that the kitchen has all kinds of utensils. The double bed is super comfortable, the mattress is very good. The water pressure in the shower is also very good, and there is gel and shampoo. To put something negative, the stairs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs, and the living room, kitchen, and toilet were downstairs. And every time you had to go up, there were a few stairs. For example, I don't care much about that, but if my parents had come, who are already older, they would not have liked it.

The house is as shown in the photos! I felt pretty comfortable. Location is perfect! Two supermarkets are within walking distance and the beach is just as fast. It's a pity how clairaudient the house is to the neighboring ones. If the neighbors have even talked a little louder, you've heard every word. Anránzazu was always very friendly and tried to make sure everything is good for me. So my check-out was also due to the postponement of my flight, a little later no problem. Basically I had a really nice time and would definitely come back.

Great accommodation, near La Barrosa beach, with a community pool. Very practical townhouse with a small terrace ideal for breakfast, snacks or dinner. I would personally repeat.

Quiet and very well located three-bedroom apartment. Ideal for spending a few days on a family vacation in Costa Ballena. It is very well equipped and as it is low with a garden, the temperature is very good even on hot days. Maria was very helpful at all times

This is the third time I’ve booked this house for the family. With 4 double bedrooms, and in the town centre, it’s ideal for us.

We stayed at Anna’s place for a family visit. Ann’s place is absolutely stunning. A meticulously renovated palace, literally, with every modern convenience while maintaining its historic charm. We enjoyed the patio and terraces, the private spaces for our different group members, the large gathering spaces for meals and chats. Incredible location in the historic center of El Puerto de Santa Maria, with lots to do and visit on foot. Ann is a very attentive host, providing helpful local recommendations and flexibility. We will return!

The first thing I want to highlight is Alberto's treatment: a 10/10 person. Close, attentive, flexible and always willing to help. The house was in perfect condition, clean and very well located. It was a very pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it.

Great stay, new house, clean and very complete. Very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Quiet and well-maintained development. A 10-minute walk to La Fontanilla beach (very busy) and by car to nearby Calas Roche... also close to Conil, better to take a 20-minute walk than by car. The townhouse is as described in the advertisement. We had a great time and felt very comfortable. Communication with Inmaculada was also excellent.

We (married couple) spent a wonderful 10 days in this vacation home. As an alternative, because Carmen and Pepe (owners) could not be present, we were very warmly received by Vania, who finally drove us to the nearest supermarket with her private car to buy a few gallons of water. This house really lacks nothing that you need for a relaxing holiday stay. Whether you want to cater for yourself or indulge in one of the many nearby cafes and restaurants, both are possible. The holiday home is centrally located, yet in a quiet side street. Everything is within walking distance, which we found very pleasant. There are also two bicycles, which we used for some tours in the wonderful surroundings. We didn't miss having a car, because all public transport is within walking distance. In conclusion, we can say that we felt like good friends.

The townhouse is incredible: modern, with very good spaces and everything you need. A fantastic location next to the beach and with a pool in the urbanization. Communication with Juan was easy and provided us with relevant information. how points to improve I would talk about the TV, which is obsolete since it is not smarttv and for a family with children it is always welcome. On the other hand, there was just a fair and the location was close to the house so two days we could not sleep in the main room due to the noise. It would have been nice to warn in advance about this. but removing those two aspects the rest of 10.

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is very well cared for and clean. Meets the description and features to perfection. We'll be back for sure!!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. 100% recommended accommodation to spend a few days in CONIL. Its strongest point is the location, which together with the characteristics of the stay make it the ideal accommodation. Complete kitchenware, air conditioning in all rooms, plus radiators and fans, complete furniture, bathroom and toilet. We would definitely come back.

The house is perfect as a base for a beach vacation in Conil (or more precisely Fuente del Gallo). It has everything that is materially necessary; the human factor we have to bring!

We had a lovely weekend stay in El Puerto de Santa María. The accommodation was very pleasant and exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped — we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive, always available to answer our questions and offer assistance when needed, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that we didn’t have access to the swimming pool, even though the listing mentioned it would be open in June. That was a bit disappointing, as we were really looking forward to using it. Still, overall a great stay and we would happily return!

The house is very nice, comfortable and convenient in a nice well-maintained park. Brad was very available and gave us all the useful info with kindness efficiency and humor.

Excellent accommodation, very well cared for and clean, with plenty of space for groups or families. She was always on the lookout and they took great care of us. We were with kids and the backyard was great for them to play and enjoy. The community area was great, too. It has a communal pool but it was still closed. By car we were minutes away from the beach. Highly recommended in all aspects.

Belén's place was exactly what we needed for a weekend away: a great place to relax with the family, enjoy the beach, play some golf. Everything was as expected. The kitchen is fully kitted, there are lots of rooms and beds (note: bunk bed convertibles!), and various spaces around the house for different times and needs, such as dining table and coffee tables both outdoors and indoors. The indoor swimming pool of the compound is a real bonus if you have children!
