Monthly Rentals in Bajo

I stayed two nights in the apartment with a friend, we had a great time, the house had everything you need and is located in an area perfectly connected with the rest of Valencia, also having the subway a few steps away. Quique, who welcomed us, was immediately friendly and kind, allowing us to leave our luggage even before check-in time and giving us all the information and advice possible. I stayed in this beautiful apartment for about three months, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was absolutely perfect, it truly felt like home from the moment I arrived. Everything you need for day to day living was already there, which made settling in so easy and comfortable. I genuinely loved my time here and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a place that’s not only and functional, but also private and quiet. It’s rare to find somewhere that balances convenience, comfort, and that “homey” feel so well, but this place absolutely does!

Fantastic stay. Perfect apartment for us, exactly as described. Communication was perfect throughout, incredibly friendly. Check in was flexible and easy. Great location, only 1 metro stop into the city centre. Balcony was fabulous, very private. Highly recommend

Great location, very clean and tidy, good communication. The patio is very enjoyable. Unfortunately walls are thin and our neighbors were quite loud and renovating the bathroom among other things, which did not allow for relaxation time inside the apartment. Just check on the construction status next door before booking, I did not.
