Ideally located, the Balaruc-Les-Bains thermal baths are 450 metres away and the Etang de Thau and its beaches are 200 metres away.

Our studio is located 6 minutes (walking) from the thermal baths, close to the Charles de Gaulle park (market every Tuesday & Friday) and all shops. The studio (on the 2nd floor without elevator) is equipped with a TV, a 140 cm bed. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee machine. The residence has a secure bicycle storage room and many free parking spaces throughout the area.
