On the ground floor of our family house, you will find an apartment with a separate entrance, its own small garden and covered terrace: 1 room, spacious kitchen with dining room, bathroom, toilet, hallway. The apartment is ideal for couples by car. For those arriving on foot or by bike, it's NOT the best choice because of the distance from the center. The price includes the tourist tax of 500/person/night and a Balaton Best Card with discounts.

Everything was exactly as described in the posting and the place was clean. You can see the sunrise from one of the bedroom. With 10-20 mins drive you can reach restaurants and grocery stores. The lake area is within walking distance. The host was very friendly and proactive, check-in was easy and hassle free. It was a very pleasant stay at Szilvester’s place, cannot recommend this place enough.

Pretty little house with everything you could ever need. Bathroom with shower, complete kitchen and on the terrace large table and a lounge to lounge. We had a table tennis table, swing and sandbox available, sometimes could also have grilled or made a fire. Overall, everything is exactly as shown in the pictures and Joli was very nice and friendly, she had helpful tips for us 👍 Everything easy and we give our recommendation for this cottage and also for Joli 👍😊

The most amazing airbnb on the Balaton ranches! Simply awesome! Very nice, clean, modern and equipped house with a beautiful and tidy garden. And the pool is lovely😍😍😍 They can also help you with boat rentals! We will definitely be back!!!!

We had a nice stay in Sándor's apartment. The way up there is a little bit adventurous by car, but completely manageable (as long as you don't have a trailer like us :D) Sándor was really helpful, responded always quickly. The garden and the way to get into the apartment is for toddlers a bit precarious, but fine anyway. The apartment is nice and the view is amazing. You have a lot to do in this area is short driving distance.

We had an amazing time at Gyana’s Deluxe room! The place looks just as pretty as in the pictures, very spacious, bright and tidy. Loved the wide bay-windows! Powerful air-con, smart tv. I appreciated the amazing water pressure, and that the cold tap water was running truly ice cold even in the highest summer heat. We loved our spacious patio, too - spent some peaceful evenings under the starts. The nearby beach ‘budatava’ is just a 5 minute walk away, with loads of trees, shady bits and small restaurants serving traditional Hungarian ‘beach food’. Gyana was very responsive, always picked up the phone. He was extremely kind and even offered us lifts with my mum! Looking forwards to coming back soon, 10/10 would recommend ☺️

The listing exactly matched the photos and description. The contact with the landlords was consistently friendly and helpful. Check-in was a bit bumpy, as the caretaker was abroad at the time of our arrival. Therefore, a personal introduction to the use of sauna and pool was omitted. Since our reservation was quite spontaneous, this was not a big problem for us. We felt very comfortable in the spacious, tastefully furnished house. In combination with the large garden and pool, the property invites you to relax and linger. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and can fully recommend the house.
