Siófok guesthouse for large companies and families

In Siófok, 2 minutes walk from Lake Balaton (beach), our guesthouse with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, large yard, barbecue, for up to 12 people. Each room has a double bed and the common rooms have 3 openable sofas. There is room for 4 cars in the enclosed courtyard and you can park 2 cars in front of the house. The 2 bicycles in the house are free to use. The big fridge fits everything and the whole house is air-conditioned. We are looking forward to welcoming our dear families for a holiday of several days!

The "Guesthouse" is located in the Badacsony Wine Region on Örsi Hill, offering panoramic views of Lake Balaton and Badacsony Hill. It features an energy-efficient heat pump system for year-round comfort. Inside, there are three en-suite bedrooms: one on the ground floor for 2 people and two upstairs that can each accommodate 4. Two cars can fit in a closed garden, n, patio furniture, and barbecue make their vacation comfortable.

The accommodation is located in the lower part of Balatonszéplak, 50 meters from Lake Balaton, with direct access to the free beach. The house is fully equipped and provides comfortable accommodation for 6 people. The upstairs room is air-conditioned. I can provide a baby bath, high chair if needed. Railway and bus stop 7 minutes, buffet, restaurant, ice cream shop 5 minutes on foot.

Our family loved the warm summers in Villa Pole, all of the family together, preparing lunches and diners, swimming, reading, making campfires. Exploring new beaches by bike, challenging one another in (table) tennis... we spend lovely times there!

150 meters from the harbor and Lake Balaton, 100 meters from the cafe and supermarket. Great for families with small children due to the proximity of the child-friendly beach. The farmers' market is 300 meters away on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
