Close to the train station, bus station. Our free beach was renovated in 2019, it is about 5-6 minutes on foot, with a water block, playground, volleyball court. On the beach, a sunshade protects the little ones from the sun. The abc is 400 m, the bike path is about 30 m from the house. 5 bicycles can also be rented! There is a lookout on a 1.5 km loess wall, from which Lake Balaton is beautiful, and we can see as far as Tihany. There are plenty of great restaurants 600-800 m away, both by the beach and in the village. I'm waiting for everyone with love.

Our apartment house was built in Balatonudvar in 2025. Ideal for relaxation, but the main attractions of Lake Balaton are also accessible, whether by bike, car or train, so you don't have to give up the hustle and bustle. The beach of the settlement satisfies all needs; beach section for children, huge playground, beach football, volleyball, water bike, boat, SUP rental. The house is 200 meters from the beach. No need to stuff the rubber mattress in the car :) and no need to fight for parking spaces either.

Since last year, the house has become even more charming: new boiler, AC, furniture, a renovated living room, and a refreshed garden. We have many dear family memories here and truly love this place. We care for it constantly, so by the time you arrive, it may feel even cozier. In the center of Balatonfűzfő, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and marina. Shops, post office, and restaurants are nearby. Ideal for 4 guests, with a washing machine, fridge, and a garden for grilling and relaxing.

The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. There is a bathroom, an American-style kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other basic equipment. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. The balcony offers a view of the garden. We welcome our guests to this green, quiet, relaxing place where you can enjoy your vacation, the clean air, and the famous wines of the Balaton region.

In this small cottage near Lake Balaton you can relax, cycle, swim in the lake, explore Budapest (an hour by car or 90 minutes by train) or simply explore the surroundings. In 10 minutes' walk you will reach one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Hungary: the high beach. The large Balaton cycle path also passes here. Cafes and restaurants are always close by... Hen and stag parties and loud parties are not allowed in the apartment.
