On the ground floor of our typical Ardèche house, you will find a fitted kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms, a nice sitting area, a pleasant bathroom, the 30 m² wooden terrace and its HOT TUB with breathtaking views of the hill opposite, plus a small above-ground pool area to cool off in the garden.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Welcome to our home! We are renting out our 135 m² house, it is our old home that we left in 2023 to live nearby and it seemed obvious to us to let all the curious people visit the south Ardèche. The house has four bedrooms but only one toilet, which is why I am correcting the capacity from 8 people to 6 (it is also possible to sleep eight, 4 large beds 140 cm). We'll be happy to host you.
