Holiday rentals with breakfast in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! We came with a large group including an infant, and this home had everything we needed and more. The space is massive and beautifully laid out with two spacious living rooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The pool was a huge hit, and we made great use of the BBQ and outdoor area. Inside, the game options were unbeatable with pool table, ping pong, arcade games, air hockey, you name it. Both kids and adults had an amazing time and were never bored for a second! The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy, and having a pack and play crib ready for our little one was such a thoughtful touch. It made traveling with an infant so much smoother. Samantha was an exceptional host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We’re already talking about coming back!

Kevin & Lynda’s Airbnb was wonderful. Everything was close by, they had plenty of amenities and recommendations of restaurants to eat. In the 3 years I’ve been traveling - this has been a fantastic Airbnb with all sorts of amenities and great contact between the cohost (Lisa) and I. Great place, peaceful location.

Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully decorated, super clean, and within easy walking distance of town. Avi was responsive and friendly and even gave us great recommendations for food places nearby. I would definitely book this place again.

This beautiful house was everything that was described in the details. Everything was neat & very clean. This location of this place was very convenient and was definitely worth what I paid for it!

This is a beautiful condo. It has obviously been recently remodeled. Very nice decor and comfortable furniture. It is in a great location that is easily walkable to the beach or into town. Our only complaint is that we could hear the neighbors next door, but it wasn’t too bad. Very responsive hosts. Great property and well worth the money.

Sheila was amazing. She gave us all the information we needed to ensure a smooth check in, and was also very accommodating during our checkout. Whilst small it has everything you need and is walking to distance or a short cab ride to lots of places to eat and activities. She was very considerate of us having children, ensuring there was snacks and activities for them available at the apartment. Would highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Lucy's place. From the start Lucy was a responsive and helpful host. Her place is easy to find and a LOT more spacious than it looks on the photos. I also want to know, this is a stand alone unit (no shared walls), which is perfect for those of us who like quiet and privacy! I would definitely return again in the future, thank you Lucy,!

This is a wonderfully old school 2nd floor spacious apartment redone with spotless new floors, bath etc. Furnishings are basic but comfortable with big restful sofas everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised. Quiet and safe area, with a few restaurants, breakfast nooks etc. nearby. Somewhat incredibly for the price, it is 1/10 mile from beach access. (!) There's a great sunset bar near the water on Alimitos Beach. The Long Beach downtown district is a waklable .6mi away. Main restaurant/bar district about a mile away. Older gas heater blasts warmth if needed. Huge TV has a vast number of channels - most I've encountered. The bedroom away from the street was for the most part very quiet. Owner's belongings are well-hidden. Very smooth keypad check in. Host responds quickly. Only issue (not Dorothy's fault) is that the whole neighborhood has limited street parking after say 4PM, very limited after 8PM, so plan accordingly.

Then look no further this is the property for you !!!*** This property is 100% a must stay while you are in the Santa Ana/Anaheim area. It was peaceful clean and perfect. Ms. Elaine’s hospitality was like I’m none other. The amenities or exactly what we need it. I travel for business often and the level of communication that we were provided with it was spectacular. The unit was very comfortable/cozy! **3 bedroom house** I also want to mention another beautiful property that’s five minute car drive from Anaheim California convention center/ directly Across the street from Disney. This is a beautiful three bedroom home that will be great for a family or traveling business partners. Traveling for business can be a headache to find the necessary accommodations for your partners, or clients. This property is spectacular. I will definitely be booking the next time when I’m in town. Ms. Elaine is officially my go to. When I am in the Anaheim /Santa Ana area, there is no other place I would rather stay. If you were not booking with Ms. Elaine you are missing out. Hurry up she books up quick.

Lovely comfort home as if it was your own peacful and clean

Mahi's apartment is very luxurious. It's on the ~18th floor, so it has a nice view, and fortunately there are 3 elevators to choose from to get up there. We enjoyed walking around the pond and to nearby restaurants. We would've liked to have had time to enjoy the spa and pool. Mahi provided a good amount of instructions & visual aids for locating it and checking in. The staff onsite are also very helpful and courteous.

Bob made our stay easy and stress free. He was very responsive and accommodating. The neighbors in the complex were very friendly. It was really nice to have a dedicated parking spot as the neighborhood is very busy as expected being at such a beautiful beach.

Absolutely loved my stay here in Long Beach! Tim is an incredibly kind and responsive host who made everything smooth and comfortable. The space is clean, quiet (soundproof rooms—great for studying), in a safe area, and equipped with high-tech amenities like motion sensor lights and self-cleaning toilets. Highly recommend for traveling professionals needing a peaceful, well-equipped place to work and relax!

Freda is a gem! She has a servant's heart and clearly has a passion for hospitality. Her house is eclectically charming and located within walking distance to restaurants, wine tasting bars, shops, the beach, farmer's market, and many local points of interest. Freda is super friendly, generous, and a wonderful cook to boot! Would visit again.

Tom and his home exceeded my expectations for the stay. It was as described and truly "a heartfelt welcome" all around. Thanks again, Tom, for making our stay so memorable.

I’ve never stayed with somebody in a room before and I didn’t realize that that was what this kind of situation was however, it felt very private and it was just as much of a hotel type situation as anywhere else but yes, it was technically a house, but each room had its own separate little private entrance and so you really didn’t even have to connect with anyone throughout the day if you didn’t want to put it furthermore, it was in walking distance to all of the shopping and it was a very cute and eclectic house that very much reminded me of my beloved grandmother and her decorating style and Frida lastly, was a very nice woman

My first experience at a bed and breakfast… it was very cool! Freda is so kind, she felt like family. Beautiful, serene, and clean place, walking distance to all our favorite spots downtown and the beach. We love San Clemente and just found our spot!

Had a fantastic one night stay. The hotel has all the original historic details, with some modern upgrades like all new windows. The location is perfect, my corner room (#8) had an ocean view and a prime view of seaside donuts! The check in process is a step back into time, and made me feel right at home. Stepping out onto the pier at sunrise and getting coffee was quite a luxurious feeling. They offer complimentary breakfast on their rooftop patio, it was very good with fresh fruit and pastry offerings. Couldn’t recommend this place any more!

What a wonderful experience. I truly recommend it. Will definitely reserve again. Easy to access, great restaurants with lots to do within walking distance. Amazing and friendly host. Very clear and precise instructions.

I had such a great time in Mission Viejo. I felt welcomed and very much at home. They are a lovely and beautiful family who made sure I was comfortable and offered any help I needed. I will definitely be booking again with them in the future! :)
