Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Balgowlah

Our host Hugo was brilliant. Out of the box thinking, helpful and owners were very flexible with our last minute booking. Great location, 4min drive to Warringah Mall and multiple beaches within 5-20min drive. Highly recommend.

The best airbnb (and host!) Perfect location, really walkable with restaurants and cafes nearby but also very peaceful. The airbnb is lovely - exactly as pictured. Well equipped kitchen, beach towels, snacks and more. Jayne was super quick to reply and we really appreciated the early check in, which saved us after a long flight. Will absolutely stay here again next time we're in Sydney. Thank you!

Lovely, authentic place - would definitely rent again. Feels like a proper home (because it is). Stylish design, excellent kitchen and a great terrace at the back. James was an excellent communicator and v helpful with our request for late check out. Only thing to keep in mind is lack of air con (which we knew about in advance ). We were actually fine during our stay because it wasn’t too hot, but it might be an issue if the temperature climbs into the high 20s. But would still def recommend overall.

What a beautiful, peaceful sanctuary. Amazing location, with a great little coffee shop around the corner. The apartment was so clean and had everything I needed including milk, coffee and cereal. Absolutely gorgeous apartment in an ideal location - walkable to everything buzzy in Bondi or the smaller more peaceful beaches in the other direction (Tama, Bronte, etc). Perfect location a short walk from Tamarama beach and the VIEW!!! Apartment is lovely and modern inside, very comfortable and feels very private. Victoria was an incredible host and managed to arrange an early check in and late check out when she found out my flight times. Would absolutely stay again!

What a great place to stay for 13 days in an idyllic location; comfortable, light and airy with everything you need provided. Just across the road to the park with Edwards Beach on the NE and Balmoral Beach, the Sea Baths, Balmoral Oval and Middle Head on the SE, a bus stop outside travelling to Mosman Junction and Taronga Zoo Wharf ( and ferries to the city) and local restaurants within 300 metres. Ideal accommodation for a family or the more elderly with its proximity to park and safe beach and onsite garage. Julie is also the most friendly, flexible and accommodating host, very prompt in communicating as well as informative. I have no hesitation in recommending Julie’s accommodation after such an enjoyable time.

We had a wonderful stay at Geraldine’s place, it was cosy and clean with all the amenities that we needed. Location was great and off street parking was a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Freshwater

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. We stayed at Nicola’s place for five nights and we had the best time. The area is so peaceful and beautiful and it was the absolute best kitted out Airbnb. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We made use of all the beach gear everyday - snorkels, paddle boards, fishing rods you name it! It was also easy to feed 9 of us as the kitchen and bbq area was so well set up. It was also terrific for the kids as there were so many games and activities for them to do thanks to Nicole and David. We will definitely be back and recommending this gem to our friends and family.

A wonderful spot for our extended family getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach. The Pavilions is 5 stars all the way - beautiful location, super comfortable, squeaky clean and everything you need at your fingertips, including a brilliant kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We lazed by the open fire by night, and spent our days lying in the winter sun on the deck and north facing backyard. It’s a short stroll to the beach and many other beautiful walking spots and scenic vantage points too. Highly recommend.
