Holiday rentals with a patio in Balik Pulau

Bryson place are spacious, nice and clean. We had a great time here and will sure come back again when visit Penang

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

Overall we are satisfied with the stay, place is quite comfortable and there's karaoke machine for us to release some stress too. Food locations from the Airbnb is nearby & convenient 👍🏻

Can’t say how happy i was to find this place. Been to many places and this is one of the most simple yet comfie stay. Amenities are complete and well-arranged. Attention to detail is amazing: towel smells good, washing machine works perfectly, they even have water filter so we can drink from tap water, bed quality is top-notch for an apartment. Hats off to Amray, will definitely book his place again!

It’s a very nice stay. The house is on a high floor with an excellent view. The interior is very comfortable. It’s a place i would like to recommend to my friends and other travelers! The only downside is that there aren’t many places/restaurants to explore within walking distance. However, you can reach the bustling area of Georgetown within 10mins by grab.

Just like the photos show, it's cozy and especially suitable for a family tour.It is also possible to experience local life. A good water dispenser and refrigerator are very convenient, and the living space is also suitable for family tourism. Once the questions were reflected, they were quickly responded to by the team.

The place was the host described and similar to the posted photos. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We had 21 pax with us and everyone slept comfortably. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for those planning for a large gathering.

I highly recommend this place for large families planning to have a gathering or spend quality time together. The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

Wonderful place to stay. In love with the balcony view as it faces the sea. Windy and nice. Nearby to many local food shops. The host was responsive. Will definitely repeat the stay again.

We were disappointed that there was in fact NO pool, and in the advertisments that we looked at on the internet a pool was clearly shown,giving the impression that we would have access to such a facility. In all honesty though, it was a perception we formed from looking at the advertisment.... not one that Mr. Paco himself put forward. Other than that.... excellent. We will be back....
