Large apartment with 3 rooms, 1 living room, 2 large balconies in the center of Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, 200 meters walking distance from the beach. There is no water problem in the house where families can stay comfortably. High-speed Wi-Fi. Located on the 1st floor of the 4-story building. 2 bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes, and 1 room has 3 single beds and wardrobes. A few minutes walk from all grocery stores, market place, the apartment has dishwasher,washing machine, inverter air conditioning, TV with satellite receiver. I speak English fluently.

Όμορφο,ήσυχο, προσεγμένο και νεόδμητο ισόγειο στούντιο σε συγκρότημα κατοικιών στο κεντρικότερο σημείο της πόλης ακριβώς δίπλα στην οδό Ερμού. Πολύ κοντά στην αγορά, σε πολλά μαγαζιά,soupermarkets, καφετέριες και bars. Ιδανικός χώρος για όσους θέλουν να μετακινούνται με τα πόδια.Επίσης υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων στον δρόμο.Σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια υπάρχει η παραλία και το άλσος Τσαμάκια. Είναι μοντέρνα διακοσμημένο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα είδη.

My home is in the city center. It is an independent little décor with all amenities and fast wi-fi, making guest accommodation comfortable and functional. Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.
