Located 200 meters from the beach in Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, our apartment has Wi-Fi in the city center. Many items in the house are zero. Inverter air conditioning is situated on the 3rd floor of the 4-story building. There is no water problem, there is a booster. There is hot water constantly. All rooms of the house are spacious and spacious. There is 1 balcony. There is no elevator. 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds in the living room. The flat is in middle of the city center. 1 minute by walking to sea side, bar street and all the shops in city center. You can get what you need in minutes here. Terrace and sea view from the terrace. There is one bedroom upstairs and one big couch in living room. Couch is also comfortable for 2 people to sleep.
