On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The location meets all needs: Central yet quiet in a preferred location on Heuberg. Balcony with magnificent views of Balingen and the Balingen mountains. After a 5-minute walk you are in the center of our district town. When jogging to Heuberg, you leave the last houses of Balingen behind after just 2 minutes of walking. Separate bedroom for 3 people. Sofa bed in the living-dining area for 2 people. Apartment is fully equipped. Baby bed, high chair and e-bike on request.

The vacation rental is located in a 2-party vacation home. If necessary and several people, both apartments can also be rented. The quietly located retreat is equipped with a balcony, garden (terrace), garage (with remote control) + parking space as well as a parking space for campers/caravans.

You have the apartment to yourselves (up to 4 people possible on request) and can relax, cook something and spend time on your own terrace. Two dogs live in the house. They have no access to the apartment, but encounters in front of the house or in the hallway cannot be ruled out. Dogs are not allowed in the apartment.

Parking is right by the house.

Your vacation home in the Swabian Alb is located in the former “Lerchenhof-Balingen” farmstead, which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good access to the B27.
