The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. While espresso machine capsules were missing, it wasn’t a major issue ,there are plenty of great coffee spots nearby. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous location for exploring Ortigia, we loved the apartment and definitely recommend! Very spacious, well equipped property with everything needed (including air conditioning units in each room, shutters on each window, washing machine and drying racks both inside and out, plenty of towels, comfy beds etc). We mainly walked everywhere from the apartment, choosing not to hire a car, although parking is available. Easy check in met by the host at an agreed time. Huge list of eatery recommendations shared by the hosts which we enjoyed a few of (including superb gelateria!). The local market with super selection of fruit, veg, cheese etc was just a couple of minutes walk away, ultra convenient! We also took a boat trip from a provider that we could see from the apartment.

This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

Perfect spot for our one night stay in Athens before leaving on our cruise! Location was walkable to all the different spots we wanted to visit (Acropolis, etc). The apartment itself was just as described, very clean and spacious. The host was amazing and communicated promptly and efficiently to any needs that came up. I’ve never had such a detailed guide provided by a host (it included not only details regarding the apartment but guides to Athens itself which helped us greatly with things like transportation,etc) Definitely recommend this Airbnb if you want to explore Athens!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik. The apartment was exactly as it looks in the photos and the view was beautiful. We had a car so were grateful to have a carpark included. However, Dubrovnik roads are very busy so it was much easier to catch the bus to town, rather than drive. We had a small issue with not receiving enough shower towels but Petra rectified this so quickly, it was not a problem at all. We will definitely come and stay again and will recommend to friends and family visiting Dubrovnik

My friends and I had the most amazing stay, thanks to our incredible host! He set up rides for us and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making communication a breeze. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s like something out of a dream! Every corner of the space had a special charm that made our stay feel magical and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning we were checking out. Our host stopped by and made us all delicious cappuccinos, and we sat together in the kitchen chatting like old friends. Evi’s place is spacious, well-equipped for families, and the bed was super comfortable! The garden was a hit with the kids who would play there every morning while we had our morning coffee outside. We had everything we need from beach towels, beach toys, a baby high chair, baby toilet seat, mosquito repellent, and more..! Evi is a great host and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable, like helping us find a taverna that delivered late on the night of our arrival, or bringing us some homemade kalitsounia. We really appreciate the hospitality and would come back anytime!

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

We loved this Airbnb! It’s in a fabulous location - right in the middle of everything, but as the immediate area is closed to vehicle traffic it is very quiet. There are great restaurants and cafes right outside the door, and the rooftop patio was a great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was perfect for our group of four. Antonia was a wonderful and very helpful host. We highly recommend this place!

This place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. The place was everything and way way more. The housekeeper was fantastic and she would come everyday to stock up coffee, make the beds and just daily cleaning. Antonino was amazing with responding if we had any questions. We are already are planning our next trip to stay here.

Spacious apartment, sparkling clean, comfortable beds, supermarkets, ice cream and restaurants in few steps, Evangelismos metro station 5 minutes walk and bus station 2 minutes walk to go to the city center. Constantine provided lots of useful information and recommendations. We were greeted by Nina, very charming, and they left several complimentary stuff for us. Thank you Constantine and Nina. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for the beach! The buses and tram for Athens center and Airport shuttle X96 are in walking distance. Alimos is very chill place where you can find local cafes and restaurants with normal prices. The apartment looks like the pics and has everything for a stay. Thank you Stavros!

We had an amazing time. Manolis is very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great recommendations of beaches to go to and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need and is really nicely decorated and very clean. If we end up in Agios Nikolaos again we will definitely stay there again

They say perfect is impossible. Here Maria, the host, has achieved the impossible. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well, we had a great time relaxing and looking out at the boats. Maria was incredibly hospitable, with a flexible check in and also providing information on the area. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable stay!
