Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Balkans

This place is an absolute gem. I stayed for nearly a month with my family. The place is actually very spacious. Much more so than most other Airbnb’s I have stayed at in Europe. The living and dining room area is quite large. And the balconies are extremely spacious. It was really nice to have the second bathroom. Only one has a shower, but having the second toilet was great if someone was in the shower - again not typical of most European Airbnb’s. While the unit is great in itself, the location is beyond perfect. Every Thursday there is a huge market literally across the street. Great people watching from the front patio. 5 min walk to the water, 3 min walk to the tram. And every possible restaurant, shop, cafe you can imagine within a few minutes from your front door. We loved a little hidden coffee shop / cafe called Lalinda. The views are spectacular. There is a beautiful church between the unit and the water that makes for great photos against the sunset. Amazing stay!

Litsa kindly waited for me in the evening even though my flight was late. She showed me the apartment and I got the key. The apartment was clean and a good size. I got help from Litsa in planning my holiday and ordering a taxi. The Koum Kapi area was wonderfully peaceful, but interesting. The only downside was that the noise from the other rental apartment behind the wall was loud. Fortunately, the tenants understood this and quieted their noise. I enjoyed my visit.

Great location, across the street from the harbor. Easy access to public transport to the Old Town.

Alessandro is an excellent host – always responsive and available for any kind of advice, from restaurants to excursions. And what about the apartment? The photos don't do justice to the cleanliness, comfort, and, above all, the MAGNIFICENT view from the balcony. It is a dream to wake up every morning, open the shutters and find yourself in front of a glimpse of the sea of rare beauty. The location is enviable: the apartment is located right above the hamlet of Sant'Angelo, a true marvel. We really hope to be back soon. Alessandro's apartment is one of those places that, due to the availability of the host, the location and the atmosphere, I can highly recommend. Everything perfect!

The host's response was very quick and polite.You can also get local recommendations. I especially liked the kitchen.Looking at the kitchen shelves, you can see how warmly and politely the host welcomes guests.Cooking utensils and other items are neatly organized on all shelves.Some hosts may not be as organized, but this host was different. There are many places to see that you can walk around.

We had an amazing time. The appartment was great, super clean and had everything we needed. The farm was beautiful, nice places in the shade and a bunch of animals. We even got fresh eggs in the morning. Definite recommendation!

You have to stay at Stamatis’ apartment! Perfect location 5 minutes from the Main Street, tons of space, patio, comfortable beds, good a/c. Stamatis is the most wonderful Airbnb host. He fully stocked the kitchen with breakfast items, drinks, and snacks. Decor was so cute - loved all the books and feeling like we were locals in Fira. He had amazing recommendations for local activities and restaurants, organized a boat tour for us and invited us to visit one of his family’s art galleries, which is stunning. He met us at the bus stop and picked up our bags until the apartment was ready. He even offered to drive us to the airport at 4am (we didn’t take him up on it)! Parking available on the street or in a lot a few minutes walk away. No view of the caldera at sunset or a pool, but Stamatis organized use of a pool at his friend’s hotel one night, which was amazing. There are steps up to the apt and it is an uphill walk to town, fyi. 100% recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Anna’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. Anna was an incredibly responsive and kind host—communication was smooth from start to finish. I truly loved everything about my stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Villadamuri for 10 days in June with a group of friends. The house is in a unique location on the beautiful and private Amber Beach, where the water is warmer than on other beaches. The house is perfect for a group of friends and offers all the comforts of a vacation home. A special thanks to the owners Viviana and Orazio, always ready to satisfy every need. It was a pleasure to stay at Rowan's place. He has put a lot of effort into creating an authentic house of character stay on Gozo. Rowan was proactive in communication and provided all of the information that we needed to make our stay an exceptional experience. Rowan's place is nicely appointed, clean, and easy to access and to use. His instructions are accurate and very helpful. We had some additional need for information about the area unrelated specifically to renting his place and he provided us with in depth and very helpful information.

Staying at Duygu’s place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking nature — lush greenery, birdsong, and the most stunning lake view I’ve ever seen. Every morning felt like waking up in a peaceful painting. The sunsets over the water were simply magical. Duygu was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and truly thoughtful. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a special experience for her guests. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly in tune with the serene surroundings. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and soak in true beauty, this is it. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to relax and enjoy quality time as a family. The place was spotless and very comfortable, and the surroundings made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We chose Maison Manara for a family break and its location just a short drive to the wedding venue our Son and his Wife were attending. The house was very well equipped and easy to self-cater, apart from the power outages, but we managed. Access to bathroom and shower facilities, via bedrooms, were different than usual but being one big family wasn’t an issue for us. Our grandchildren enjoyed the toys and hours of fun in the pool. Trips to the local park were frequent and also allowed us to enjoy a drink at the adjoining cafe/bar at the same time. We feel we’ve had a truly authentic Italian experience in the heart of the village, it was very peaceful and everyone was so friendly. The local grocery store was really well stocked with lovely fresh produce, meats, cheeses and breads. Clara and Mikka were excellent hosts and provided lots of useful information on the local area and places to visit, although we weren’t quite prepared for the unwelcome mosquito bites!!

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and right next to the water, Skala center, and a taxi station. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming - they even met us at the port when we got in at 2am and had breakfast and snacks for us!

I stayed at Athena with my partner and wow it was so cute!! The perfect place to stay! The host was beyond helpful and helped us check in and was there to show us around the accommodation and check if there was anything missing that we may need. He gave some nice recommendations for local places as we hadn’t visited before. The place was spotless and clean and overall just a beautiful design inside! I loved the fact there was even a mini gym downstairs! The only downside to this great place was the fact there was a school opposite so there were multiple bells that rang throughout the day and the kids could be quite noisy. If you plan to be out exploring during the day this would not be an issue We throughly enjoyed this place and our stay and would definitely recommend : )

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! Anastasia will do everything in her power to make sure everything is literally perfect. Thanks Anastasia!!!!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Jon was particularly responsive. Self check-in was very helpful. The apartment is very nice, clean and well appointed. The air conditioning was clearly a plus that we enjoyed. The location near the airport is convenient, bus stations are nearby.
