We had a very good week in Grégoire's house, which was very pleasant to live in, well-equipped and clean. Superb view from the terrace on the Chatelet, the family castle that Grégoire renovated himself and that he was kind enough to show us. Very kind and responsive host. Peaceful place, ideal for a relaxing vacation. Excellent location for visiting the Loire castles. I recommend it!

Very charming house, quiet, close to the castle of Villandry. The house is well laid out, the rooms comfortable, and the 5 of us were quite comfortable. Access to the fridge and kitchen allows you to prepare meals, which can be taken on the terrace. In addition, many books and toys for children allowed our children (7 and 9) to keep themselves busy!

First time to the Loire valley and the amazing chateaux’s . Recommend the l’etape gourmande for a meal villandry .

We spent a month in this lovely house. It was stylish, comfortable and very private. The garden overlooked lovely farmland, great walks for our dog. Agnes lives close by, cheerful and helpful. A really good stay.

Hi, Aurélie and Hamdi were very responsive during our exchanges and remain available for any questions. The accommodation is very well maintained, is within walking distance from the train station at the foot of the fortress and matches the photos. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The space was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like a cozy carpet, stylish throw pillows, and elegant curtains that made it feel warm and inviting. Everything was in perfect working condition and clean — it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into maintaining the home. Located on the second floor, the apartment was easily accessible with just a short flight of stairs. Inside, it was spacious and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the little extras that made our stay even more convenient — a coffee maker with capsules, a selection of condiments and spices, as well as laundry and dishwasher capsules all provided. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was consistently responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we would happily return or recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place!

I cannot think of a better place to stay in Tours - this was in a beautiful medieval building right in the main square, with everything just steps away from the front door. The apartment was well furnished and really spacious & comfortable, and Christine was a fantastic host who provided really clear instructions and recommendations. When I’m in Tours again I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

The apartment is beautiful and full of light. Very comfortable and close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. I stayed for 3 months while doing a language course and appreciated that the photos were accurate. The decor was lovely. Sylvie was responsive and friendly.

What a wonderful apartment for six! (Or eight, we did not make use of a fourth bedroom.) Lots of space, comfortable furniture, a great kitchen, large beds, and well located. On top of that, Caroline was so responsive, accommodating our early check-in and later departure needs. So friendly and going above and beyond so we had a smooth stay. Thanks Caroline!

The weather wasn't on our side for this family weekend, but the warm atmosphere of Betty's home allowed us to have a great time.

We loved our stay and all the property offered. Our host was very accommodating, flexible and helpful. We do believe that the linen prices are a bit steep, but that was something we knew when renting.

Completely atypical house and tastefully decorated in a style mixing the rustic of the farmhouse and contemporary works and designs. The garden is large, quiet and well protected. We had a very quiet week as we wanted with a visit to the castles of the Loire Valley nearby, restaurants following the informed advice of our hosts, when we did not want to cook. A big thank you to them for their kindness and hospitality.

Quiet, charming, and very comfortable modernized cottage with beautiful gardens. Many good walks, bike rides and markets in the area. Three nights was barely enough!

Very nice home, perfect for a group of friends or a large family. Young and old alike will find their happiness among all the available spaces. Beautiful pool. There are enough dishes for a large group. Eric responded to my many requests and came to fix a problem with the pool. Please note that we were there in hot weather, some rooms upstairs are very hot despite the fans.

Claire's accommodation allowed us to have a great time. The garden, a pure joy. The little touches, such as a beautiful flower in the kitchen, the proposal of a ride on electric scooters, the bottle of dew... The hosts are really hosts that I recommend!!! The accommodation is perfect, not to mention the coolness of the old building especially when it's hot. Thank you
