It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Warm 100 m2 house with three bedrooms in a 50 m2 open plan kitchen living room. Everything is available. Very well located a 5-min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away, close to all amenities. I live there half the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility of adding mattresses without worries if you are more. You will not miss anything and if so I will be there to guide you. Ideal for visiting the Loire Castles.
