Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. Easy car drive North to Ballater and Braemar or on the regular buses, which stop at road end . Heated clothes dryer

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

"This 1 bed cottage is situated in the heart of the beautiful Ballater, Royal Deeside. It has just been newly renovated making it a bit of luxury for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and place to hide the suitcases, drawers and a T. V. A Z bed and a travel cot are available on request when booking. It has a wood burner and a Scottish theme throughout. We have aimed to make this a cosy and comfortable getaway for you to enjoy.

There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. This characterful 2 bedroom cottage in rural Monzie (listed in The Times top 50 cottages) is furnished to a high standard with gorgeous interiors. The landscape and surrounding scenery is breathtaking and being one mile down a private road a real retreat from busy everyday life, with nature and wildlife in abundance.

Grampian Cottage is a traditional Victorian cottage that has been extended to create a spacious and comfortable holiday home for families or groups of friends. It has a large south facing enclosed garden with pine trees, a fire pit and a summer house. There is direct access onto the hillside and to the duck pond. It is less than ten minutes to walk to the centre of the village. The cottage has 2 wood burning stoves, oil fired central heating and an Aga.

Holmhead cottage: Enchanting 200 year old cosy cottage set in approx. 2 acres of its own grounds, located in the heart of Royal Deeside, a tranquil and peaceful setting, near woods and pine trees. A home away from home! It has been in my family for generations and we have finally decided to open it's doors for holiday lets. There's photos of my great great Granny on the walls, it's a cosy cottage with tons of history, an absolute gem!

Antlers Cottage is a cosy cottage in the heart of the Glenmuick estate. It provides a convenient and homely base from which to explore Royal Deeside. The cottage has two double/twin bedrooms with a Bathroom, Kitchen, Sitting Room and Dining Room. The Sitting Room has a welcoming open fire, WiFi and a Digital TV with DVD player. The property is heated throughout and all linen, towels and logs are provided.
