I am happy to share that my family's stay was excellent! Arroio do Silva Prefecture positively did not know the Balneário. Communication with the host to the amenities provided, everything went beyond our expectations. The house was welcoming, clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and memorable experience for all of us. The house is excellent, very safe and fenced (for our feet, it was great). The location is super convenient, close to markets, pharmacy and beach. The host is very attentive. The stay was worth a lot!

Although it is about a 20 minute walk from the central area, the well-paved streets make the walk enjoyable and safe, allowing you to explore the city without the need for a car.

The hosts, Juliana and her mother, were extremely welcoming, always responding quickly, clearly and attentively. The site is ideal for those looking for tranquility, with a wonderful breeze and the sound of the sea to the bottom. However, it's also perfect for a lively barbecue with the galley!

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. Thank you so much for your stay. We love everything and the city. I highly recommend it! An abration for you Luciana!!!

Rosmeri was very attentive, kind and gave us several tips on where to go in Torres. As for the apartment, it was perfect, organized, clean and very complete.. even with utensils to take to the beach, in addition to having a great location, close to everything and the sea!! We'll be back for sure!!

Lovely apartment, much nicer than the pictures. It had all the amenities and more. The area is great, close to the beach, restaurants and mini markets. If we go back to Torres, it will definitely be to this apartment!

The apartment is impeccably clean, well taken care and prepared to welcome guests with all the comfort. The beach is quiet, very family and with few people. Great for children, as the length of sand is huge. Tati and her family were welcoming and caring.

We located very good about the space and the location; presenting all the facilities you reported in the listing. Apt matches listing photos. Jorge and Fabiana are always very attentive and helpful. There was a problem with the water in a single day and he did his best to solve it as soon as possible. Close to everything, markets, restaurants, shops, located right in the center and a few minutes walk from the bus station. It was definitely a great stay!
