The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! An amazing experience from start to finish! The location is excellent, the house is a few meters from a quiet beach, perfect for those looking to relax and stay away from the hustle. The street is well lit, the neighborhood is quiet and, in the evening, with the silence, you can hear the sea. The reception was a separate show. Rosa and José, who welcomed us, are amazing people, very polite and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and pizzerias. Find them on the rides we took down the street with Sunny was always a great opportunity for a chat. We keep them in the heart. The house is very cosy, exactly as in the photos. The kitchen is complete and organized, the living room is spacious, has good ventilation and the outside space for a barbecue and a conversation is very cozy. The wifi worked very well. Equipada with beach chairs, umbrellas and even some toys to wear on the sand with children. We had a great time that missed you!

Apartamento has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Check in and check out electronics which makes it very easy. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.

The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
