On the covered terrace, an INFRARED SAUNA and a TUB BATH are available to our guests. "a land of a thousand islands, where tranquility also comes to rest" We are an ideal choice for those who want passive and active recreation. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Spend your vacation in a magical house on the edge of the city, in a quiet location, by the forest, “far from the noisy crowd.” My place is family-friendly, but also for friends. The enclosed area provides absolute privacy. Two terraces offer a pleasant seating area. The outdoor patio has an umbrella, grill, seating area. You can also use the indoor patio in bad weather. Parking is available behind the gate, as well as in front of the house. The house is fully and comfortably furnished. Thermal swimming pool is 1.8 km (20mins walk).

Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this purpose, we will provide you with 4 bicycles – free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden hot tub! Try the grill! The apartment is located on the second and third floors of the 3-storey family house. The owners live on the first floor, but apart from the common entrance door, the upper two floors are completely separated and can be locked with a key.The apartment is near the center. It's on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a house in which the owners live on the ground floor separately.

It is centrally located, close proximity to shops, bus stops, market, playground, hospital, Pláza shopping center. Parking is 320 HUF/hour from 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, free on weekends. Close to downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Only people in the reservation can stay in the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for parties, so it is not allowed. Observance of house rules is mandatory for everyone.
