Monthly Rentals in Ban Mai

The room was even better than I expected. It also has a small kitchen place, but I never used it as food was good outside. The staff downstairs at the shop is really helpful with everything. The location is pretty nice, walkable distance to most of the spots. Communication with owner was excellent. If I'm coming back to Vientiane I would for sure book this place again!

Excellent first time visit to Vientiane, Laos. Ideal location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment was clean and cosy. The complex has a nice pool area and gym on the 4th floor. Friendly and responsive host. Would recommend for solo travellers/ couples.

I had a wonderful stay at Malina's flat! The apartment was excellent, clean, comfortable and perfectly located close to everything I needed. Malina was very responsive to messages, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend her flat for anyone visiting the area. Thanks, Malina, for a great stay!

Cannot recommend this Vientiane gem enough. The unit itself is modern and immaculately kept. The host is wonderful and location superb!
