Charming little flat in town center, "carré d'or de Bandol" ideal sector in Bandol. 2 minutes from a wonderfull beach and near all usefull places in Bandol. The flat comport 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, a tiny kitchen with all equipments to cook, a separate bathroom with classic and rain shower. Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

You can come and stay as a couple, with family, friends or on business trips. Access to the freeway is just a 2-minute drive away.

My place is close to everything, the views of the Portissol Bay are exceptional with the boat ballet in front of you. Restaurants, the beach, shops are nearby, you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without worries and the cost of parking right next to the apartment and you can enjoy your holidays on foot, beaches, restaurants, lounging.
