Trendy Loft Steps to Plaza Dorrego

Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Beautiful apartment located 3 blocks from the Municipality of Lomas de Zamora, with public transport and cultural offerings very close by. Quiet residential area, cobblestone street, central Lomas de Zamora, with garage, balcony, terrace and washing machine, 7 blocks from the train station, on the street "José Gral. Jose San Martín", 33 minutes from Ezeiza airport, and blocks from the "Las Lomitas" gastronomic center. Also ATMs, supermarkets and shopping area just blocks away. We're waiting for you!

Located in the historical Pasaje Santamarina, close to the heart of San Telmo, and reached through one flight of stairs, it has a living area with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one in an open mezzanine, with a desk), an entertainment center with an LCD TV (with Chromecast, no cable), a bathroom (with shower box, no tub), and a walk-in closet. Features Wi-fi connection and a central air conditioning system. Very quiet and light-filled. Easy access to Buenos Aires attractions.

A cuadras de Alvear Chico y de las Lomitas, polos gastronómicos y comerciales destacados, donde encontrarás una amplia variedad para todos gustos. EL vecindario es seguro y con un supermercado al lado que facilita absolutamente todo. Caminar por el barrio, despeja la mente.

Feel the charm:Banfield Ap, close to everything

Ubicado en un 1er piso por escalera, el dpto presenta una distribución moderna y cómoda. La cocina está integrada al espacio, un balcon al frente. Cuenta con un sommmier de dos plazas y una cama individual. Ademas, un colchon extra para hospedar a 3 personas cuando se solicita. El espacio es pequeño, con 25mts. Sin embargo resuelve la distribucion de una forma comoda y super estética. Ademas de la cocina, cuenta con una mesa redonda y 4 sillas. (No aceptamos gatitos)

Excellent location, all kinds of shops nearby. Across from the bus terminal and train station. A bright atmosphere, designed to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience. A queen-size bed, dining room, and breakfast bar, with the possibility of sitting and looking out the window at much of the city. The bathroom has a shower and non-slip flooring, fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a laundry room to wash your clothes and hang them next to the window.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay!!! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures — very clean, well cared for and with a wonderful view that made all the difference in the experience. The house is super-equipped, with all the utensils and amenities I needed during the trip. You can see that everything was thought out with affection for the comfort of the guests. I would definitely return and recommend to those looking for a cozy, functional place with a breathtaking view! Super warm! The only point but that didn't get in the way is that the shower is low and my husband was tall, but it was nothing that got in the way.

The stay at Chito House was great! The house is beautiful, a pleasant space and super close to the airport! Too bad I only rested between a connection, the house deserved more time! Nacho is always very attentive, he gave great tips to make the stay easier! It was amazing, I hope to come back!
