Monthly Rentals in Bang Bon

We had a great one month stay here. It’s very clean with kept up facilities. Staff are very friendly and management very helpful through text msg Things to consider: - there are kitchen amenities (kettle, small oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker), but no stove - not a whole lot to do for activities or food in the area, but MRT is pretty much just outside the door - smoking is not allowed at all in the building, you have to go to the street or parking lot smoking area - gym is well equipped for its size with dumbbells up to 25kg - smart with with Netflix account provided - felt secure, security guards outside the reception and you need your key to move around in the building (only had one which made it tricky for us, but we never asked for another) - coworking space on top floor - facilities are super clean

Had a great time. A little out of the way of all the middle of Bangkok which was nice. rented a scooter and the possibilities were endless or just grab if not comfortable. The stay was nice, bed a bit firm but I’m not picky.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is safe and extremely well-connected, with a bus stop right below the building that provides direct access to MBK Mall (about an hour away) and other central attractions we wanted to explore. The surrounding area, premises, and building security were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our main reason for staying here was its proximity to a nearby badminton training facility, and it served the purpose perfectly. When we had free time, sightseeing was also easy and convenient. A major bonus was the convenience of having a KFC and Big C supermarket just across the road, which made grabbing meals and essentials hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for our needs, and I’d recommend it for both leisure and practical purposes.

We had a wonderful stay! The host is incredibly thoughtful and very responsive — always quick to help and make sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment is very well equipped, we didn’t miss a thing during our stay. The condo itself is also excellent, with comfortable co-living spaces that are perfect for working or relaxing. The staff and security guards are very polite and respectful, which made us feel safe and welcome. I highly recommend this Airbnb!
