I had a great stay at Brian’s place in Bangkok. The three-story house is spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The small pool was a perfect bonus to cool off after a day exploring the city. The location is convenient, and Brian was a helpful and responsive host. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Bangkok!

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

The host was perfect. She is very flexible and worked around us and our trip. Responses were very very quick so if there are any issues they will be fixed very quickly. The place is exactly how it looks and there are no issues. Everything was spotless and very clean. The area was perfect for us to start our trip as the area was gated. This also felt very very safe. If we ever wanted food, everything is in walking distance or a short taxi away. She also included free breakfast which was lovely and gave us a welcoming gift when we arrived. I would recommend the host and the place to stay most definitely.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

It is a beautiful house, suitable for a large group of friends and family to stay, it is fully equipped, except the location is a little far away, it is impeccable!

I've traveled to Bangkok several times, but I was a little worried because it was my first time using an Airbnb accommodation... but all my worries disappeared when I entered the accommodation. I, my husband, and our 2 year old daughter had a wonderful stay in Pannarai's house. It is a very large space and a calming atmosphere. We especially liked the neighborhood, which was not touristy at all and walking distance to the hip Ari area. Pannarai was very helpful arranging airport pick up and drop off, and was always available via text.

The place is very tidy and clean, the living environment is very quiet, the surrounding life is very convenient, it is very suitable for traveling to live, the host is very warm and willing to help solve the problem.

This house is like a sanctuary or oasis in a mega city with a small beautiful garden . A lot of cafe and restaurants nearby but the best is the Mookata shop just opposite of the house . Will definitely recommend this awesome place .
