Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Banja Luka

The airbnb is perfect! A brand new house in the hills with a lot of privacy. A lovely large garden and swimming pool. Everything is new and complete. A complete big kitchen and 2 badrooms. The porch is covered with a great BBQ / Grill where you can grill on the fireplace. Beautiful surroundings and close to Banja Luka. We really enjoyed it!

Berengere's lovely house was EXACTLY what my partner and I were looking for.. and more! It was peaceful, rustic, charming, and embedded right in nature. Located by the pristine Vrbas river, Berengere's place was perfect for a chill, nature-filled vacation in this underrated part of Bosnia. Berengere was extremely responsive, friendly and kind, and she made us feel right at home! 5/5!

Beautiful holiday home with swimming pool in a unique location with a beautiful view over Banja Slatina. Swimming pool is equipped with a fountain and hot tub with beautiful LED lighting in the evening. Large terrace with sauna for extra relaxation. Provided with a BBQ and small vegetable garden and fruit trees. There is an excellent host who gives you a warm welcome in his cozy garden. Attaches the English language excellently and gives you a lot of information about the area. Helpful...funny and sweet.

Very nice accomodation

There was only a whole body mirror in the hallway or somewhere in the apartment, otherwise everything was great. Apartment does not have a vacuum cleaner, but on request it was organized for us by Sanja on the same day and brought to the apartment. We'll definitely book again. Family (2 adults + 2 children 7+9) All good! Nedostajalo je jedino ogledalo za cijelo tijelo u hodniku ili negdje u stanu, inače je sve bilo super. Stan nema usisivač, ali na zahtev Sanja nam ga je organizovala i istog dana donela u stan. Sigurno ćemo ponovo rezervirati. Bilo je sve super !

Jelena is a great host, the apartment is for a tenner, and you won't find it better in Banja Luka. Everything was great, parking was free, impeccably clean, and great communication. All the recommendations for this apartment that is in the heart of Banja Luka!

We had a mega super great stay! The apartment's furnishings are truly spectacular – modern, stylish and with a lot of attention to detail. You feel right at home! The location is also perfect: there is so much to experience in Banja Luka, and everything is easily accessible from the accommodation. We would like to highlight the private parking garage, which is really very spacious – a huge plus, especially when you are traveling by car. We will definitely be back – absolutely recommended!

“If you are looking for a chance to see the real Banja Luka, and meet some of the real happy friendly people, then Ljilja's place is perfect. It is very clean and tidy, and your host will make you feel welcome. There are plenty of local amenities nearby and the town center is only a 20 minute bus ride away. Just take no 2 bus or 13A. The bus stop is only a short walk from the house. If you are coming by bus to Banja Luka, the main Bus station is only a 10 minute journey. I noticed all along the route there were a lot of interesting shops and businesses. I like to compare prices of items between places so this was great for me! If you were intending to drive or cycle there is plenty of space for parking at the house, and taxis can be organised if necessary though I mostly used the bus, there is usually one every ten minutes or so. There are plenty of local shops, post, bars and places to eat, and if you walk about 15 minutes back towards Banja Luke town center there is a bank on the right hand side with a cash point machine. There might be others nearby but this was the one I used. The house is quiet and peacefull in a pleasent safe area. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen, and soap, shower cream and toilet paper in the bathroom, clean sheets and blankets in the bedrooms. There is a really nice garden around the house with fresh fruit you can pick to eat, a small river that runs next to the house, and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The host, who speaks very good English, German and some French, is very helpful, and can recommend plenty of interesting places to visit. I definitely would recommend staying here if you like to have a relaxing holiday you can tell all your friends about.
